Thomson International is located one mile East of the town of Lamont at the corner of DiGiorgio and Vineland Road (15 miles Southeast of Bakersfield, CA).

Our regular loading hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Seasonal Watermelon loading is from 7 a.m. 'til Sundown. Special arrangements for other loading times can be made with our office by calling (661) 845-1136.

From Bakersfield:

• Take Highway 58 East
• Exit Weedpatch Highway/ State Route 184 (Lamont).
• Turn Right at the stop sign and go 6 miles south through the town of Lamont.
• At the railroad tracks, turn Left on DiGiorgio Road.
• Go exactly one mile East and turn Left on Vineland Road.
• Turn Left into the first entrance, Thomson International is on the West side of Vineland Rd.

From Fresno:

• Take 99 South to Highway 58 East
• Exit Weedpatch Highway/ State Route 184 (Lamont).
• Turn Right at the stop sign and go 6 miles south through the town of Lamont,
• At the railroad tracks, turn Left on DiGiorgio Road.
• Go exactly one mile East and turn Left on Vineland Road.
• Turn Left into the first entrance, Thomson International is on the West side of Vineland Rd.

From Los Angeles:

• Go North on I–5
• Turn off at the Laval Road East/Lamont -Arvin Exit (The T.A. Truck Stop which is 3 miles North of the Grapevine)
• Turn Right at the stop sign and go 20 miles on Wheeler Ridge/Weedpatch Hwy State Route 184
• Turn Right on DiGiorgio Road (Before the railroad tracks)
• Go exactly one mile East and turn Left on Vineland Road.
• Turn Left into the first entrance, Thomson International is on the West side of Vineland Rd.

From Santa Maria:

• Go East on Highway 166 to Highway 99 North
• Exit Bear Mountain Blvd./ Hwy 223 and turn Right (approx. 6 miles)
• Turn Left on Wheeler Ridge/Weedpatch Hwy 184 and drive exactly 3 miles North.
• Turn Right on DiGiorgio Road (Before the railroad tracks)
• Go exactly one mile East and turn Left on Vineland Road.
• Turn Left into the first entrance, Thomson International is on the West side of Vineland Rd.

From North on I-5:

• Go South on I-5 to the Lamont / Highway 119 Exit
• Turn Left (East) to cross over the freeway. Go 19 miles to Lamont.
• Turn Right on Main Street Lamont.
• Turn Left on DiGiorgio Road. (After the railroad tracks)
• Go exactly one mile East and turn Left on Vineland Road.
• Turn Left into the first entrance, Thomson International is on the West side of Vineland Rd.

From Tehachapi / West on 58:

• Exit Weedpatch Highway/ State Route 184 (Lamont).
• Turn Left at the stop sign and go 6 miles south through the town of Lamont.
• Turn Left on DiGiorgio Road. (After the railroad tracks)
• Go exactly one mile East and turn Left on Vineland Road.
• Turn Left into the first entrance, Thomson International is on the West side of Vineland Rd.
